Booking & payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Deposits and payment schedules vary by supplier and will be communicated at the time of booking. Full payment is typically required 8–12 weeks before departure.
Cancellation & amendments
Cancellation fees are determined by individual suppliers (airlines, hotels, tour operators). iTravelSmart will advise on applicable fees at the time of cancellation. Amendments are subject to availability and may incur additional costs.
Liability
iTravelSmart acts as an agent and intermediary between clients and travel suppliers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, or defaults of any supplier. We do, however, take responsibility for the accuracy of information we provide and the quality of our planning service.
Travel insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance for all trips. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure adequate cover is in place before departure. We can arrange insurance as part of your booking.
Force majeure
iTravelSmart is not liable for events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, strikes, or acts of terrorism.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your return. We will investigate and respond within 10 business days.
